Return Policy
All of us at Fashion Funster want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We know sometimes it can be challenging selecting a size. It is our goal that the brand size charts and/or approximate measurements provided for each product assist you in selecting the best size for you. We thoroughly inspect all items before listing to make sure all products meet our high standards for top-quality, first-rate goods.
Should you wish to return an item, Fashion Funster gladly accepts returns on eligible items for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please review all terms outlined in our Return Policy. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have at shop@fashionfunster.com.
To initiate a return: Please notify us within 3 days of delivery confirmation of your order that you would like to return your item(s). We do not accept returns for review after the 3 day period from which you received your order. Please email us at shop@fashionfunster.com for all return requests.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY, HOME ITEMS, FRAGRANCE, ATHLEISURE, SWIMWEAR, SHOES, VINTAGE ITEMS FROM ALL CATEGORIES, HOLIDAY/SEASONAL ITEMS, SPECIAL ORDERS, SALE MERCHANDISE, GIFT CARDS AND/OR STORE CREDITS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
After you have initiated your return, and we have reviewed and accepted your return request, item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging within 14 days of return authorization.
Please note: We diligently do our best to capture each product’s unique characteristics. Every item is carefully photographed to depict its true color and design. Color, print and/or pattern variations of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, photography lenses, garment dye batches used in manufacturing, speciality washes including but not limited to mineral or vintage washes, fabric print and pattern and how it is cut and sewn do not qualify an item for return.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS ORIGINALLY RECEIVED: UNWORN, UNWASHED AND UNDAMAGED.
Your return will be subject to inspection. We have the right to refuse a return if:
Item has been damaged or arrives dirty
Item comes without tags attached
Item has been worn and/or used
Item has scents and/or smells
Product returned is incomplete and/or missing part(s) like original brand packaging such as boxes or bags
Item is sent back after and/or beyond the 14 day return timeframe for shipping
If your return is denied, you will be given the option to have your item(s) returned to you at your cost or donated to charity.
We do not offer exchanges because we cannot guarantee the item and/or size of the style you would like to exchange will be in stock.
A note on returning one size for a different size of the same product: We are a small business that many times has only 1 each per size in stock. If you would like to return one size for another of the same product, the quickest and best way to guarantee you receive your size is to order the desired in-stock size and return the incorrect size.
Return Shipping
All return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide shipping labels. We are not responsible for lost packages sent to us and recommend that you insure and track your package. We ship all of our items in new, sturdy boxes, and we ask that all returns or exchanges be shipped in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, we request item(s) be returned in a clean, sturdy box. Customers are welcome to use their shipping method of choice when shipping items back to us for return or exchange; however, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by our company. When choosing your return shipping method, please be mindful of the shipping timeframes for specific carriers to keep your return within the 14 day return period.
Return Processing
Your return will be processed within 5 - 7 business days (Monday - Saturday) of receipt of your return package. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email outlining the details. If a return is approved, your store credit will be emailed to you. Your store credit will be in the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax (if applicable) and minus any discounts received and the original shipping fees. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Gifts
If the item was a noted as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the original retail value of your return including sales tax (if applicable) and excluding any discounts and shipping fees. Once the returned item is received and approved based on the terms outlined in our Return Policy, a store credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t noted as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and gave it to you, we will send a store credit for the original retail value of your return including sales tax (if applicable) and excluding any discounts and shipping fees to the gift giver’s email on file for the original order, and he or she will be notified of your return. All Return Policy terms must be adhered to for gift returns.
International Returns
We do not accept international returns at this time. No exceptions.
Defects or Damage
We thoroughly inspect all items before listing to make sure all products meet our high standards for top-quality, first-rate goods. In the rare event that you receive an item with a defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days of delivery confirmation at shop@fashionfunster.com and forward photos of the defect or damage.
Color, print and/or pattern variations of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, photography lenses, garment dye batches used in manufacturing, speciality washes including but not limited to mineral or vintage washes, fabric print and pattern and how it is cut and sewn are not considered defects or damage and do not qualify an item for return.
If you contact us after the 3 day period to report defects or damage, your item will not qualify for a return or replacement.
Regarding Sizing
Fashion Funster provides highly detailed product listings including but not limited to brand size charts, approximate product measurements, sizing guidelines, and/or model size. Please understand that sizing varies between brands, manufacturers, and product batch runs. We do our best to ensure our listings are accurate and uniquely specific to each product. When approximate measurements or dimensions are posted, they have been taken by hand, so minor variances can occur. These variances are not considered defects and do not qualify an item for a defect or damage return.
Change Requests For Existing Orders & Cancellations
We cannot adjust the price of items after an order has been placed. This includes adding a discount code.
We cannot make any changes to the contents of an order once it has been placed.
A 12% Cancellation Fee will be applied to cover payment processing charges we are charged for transaction cancellations.
